Top hats are made in the Hat Maker.

It takes 3 hours and 30 minutes to make one top hat, and 2 hours and 58 minutes in a fully mastered maker. Each hat gives players 74 experience points.
Selling top hats
- Top hats can be bought or sold for a maximum price of 6,192
for 10 hats. - Buying the ingredients required to make a top hat costs 572 .
Boat orders
- Boat orders ask for 1 to 2 top hats per crate, up to a total of 8 per boat.
