Purple lures are products unlocked at experience level 27. They are used to lure fish.
They are stored in the tackle box.
Making purple lures
Purple lures are made in the Lure Workbench.
To make a purple lure, players need the following ingredient, in the specified quantity:

It takes 45 minutes to make one lure, and 38 minutes in a fully mastered machine. Each lure gives players 4 experience points.

- Lures cannot be bought or sold in the roadside shop, but can be traded between neighbors.

- Using a glitch related to having multiple farms, it is actually possible to get purple lures before level 27 using Neighborhood Requests. By playing on a farm that is Level 27 or higher, select the Tackle Box tab on the Neighborhood Requests screen. Then, switch to a farm between levels 12 and 26, and open Neighborhood Requests, and you will be on the (invisible) Tackle Box tab, where you can then request purple lures.
