Pumpkin Treats are a product unlocked at experience level 50. It's a special item used only for the Halloween event.
Like all products, it is stored in the barn.
Making Pumpkin Treats
Pumpkin Treats are made in the Halloween Treats Maker.
To make pumpkin treats, players need the following ingredients, in the specified quantities:

It takes 20 minutes to make treats. Each treats gives players 126 experience points.
Boat orders
- Boat orders ask for 1 treats per crate, up to a total of 4 per boat. Each treats used on a boat will be rewarded with 35 Halloween Hats, 38 halloween hats in a 1-star and mastered maker, 49 halloween hats in a 2-star and 70 halloween hats in a 3-star.
