Mystery nets are products unlocked at experience level 30.
They are used to catch fish that can otherwise be caught with red lures as well as special prizes.
Like all fishing gear, they are stored in the tackle box and cannot be bought or sold.
Making mystery nets
Mystery nets are made in the Net Maker.
To make the net, players need the following ingredient, in the specified quantities:

It takes 3 hours to make a net, and 2 hours and 33 minutes in a fully mastered machine. Each net gives players 7 experience points.
Using mystery nets
The net must stay in the water for 21 hours. It can catch a total of 6 items, including fish fillets, decorations - including secret ones that can only be obtained with mystery nets, diamonds, lures, products, supplies and vouchers.
The fishing spot can be reused right away - there's no cooldown time after using a net. However, the fish caught do not count for fishing book rewards since players directly get the fillets.
Strategy
- Use nets in fishing spots which require a longer cooldown period (e.g. 4h) because there's no cooldown time after using a net. For fishing spots with shorter cooldown period, use lures.
- Nets are good for inactive users. If you are active, you could catch 10 fish (by using lures) instead of 3 (by using nets) within same period of time.
- Using mystery nets is not recommended for low level players because they should use diamonds for better uses (e.g. add production slots). If they only need Fish Fillet, they can produce and use Fishing Net for free. Also, the items can be obtained from other places, such as Roadside Shop.
