Coal is a product unlocked at experience level 33.
Like all products, it is stored in the barn.
Extracting coal
Coal is found in the Mine.
To extract coal, players need one of the following supplies. Each type of supplies gives different numbers of ore, as shown below.

It takes no time to extract coal but the process is randomized: players might get any of the available Mine products when using mine supplies, as well as an extra diamond. It is observed that the chance to obtain coal, gold ore and iron ore is quite similar. Each extracted coal gives players 3 experience points.
Selling coal
- Coal can be bought or sold for a maximum price of 108
for 10 units. - Buying a supply tool costs between 25 and 126 .

Strategy tips
- Coal is commonly found on Daily Dirt.
- This is probably due to its limited uses, unlike gold ore which can make Gracious Bouquet, Fancy Cake, and iron ore which can make Bright Bouquet.
- Selling coal is not profitable at all. You should always transform it into refined coal. Selling it is already profitable at this stage, but to have more benefits, you can make Iron Bracelet or upgrade personal train in Town to gain supplies easily as visitors who are brought by personal train only visit one town building only.
- Truck, Boat and Town orders never require coal.
